The "making" of our Pizza
Our recipe is at the same time simple and full of passion and dedication as our dough is made with 80% of hydration (water) and 3 days of raise before it is freshly baked and served to our customers.
We use Italian imported flour to guarantee the lightness and crispiness you can easily find in Rome. Our mission is to provide quality and innovation, and this is why we like to experiment with ingredients to stimulate and intrigue even the most delicate palates.
